Quinoa Porridge With Coconut Milk


  • 1/2 – 1 glass of water
  • 1 small cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
  • cinnamon as per taste
  • handful of blueberries or strawberries

Quinoa porridge


Stir the quinoa, coconut milk, coconut sugar, cinnamon and water together and cook for 10-12 mins, add more water/coconut milk if needed. You can add a handful of blueberries/strawberries as a topping when the porridge is ready.
