Quinoa Porridge With Coconut Milk
- ½ glass of coconut milk
- 1/2 – 1 glass of water
- 1 small cup quinoa flakes
- 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
- cinnamon as per taste
- handful of blueberries or strawberries
Stir the quinoa, coconut milk, coconut sugar, cinnamon and water together and cook for 10-12 mins, add more water/coconut milk if needed. You can add a handful of blueberries/strawberries as a topping when the porridge is ready.
