Cod With Oregano & Parsley 


  • 450 g cod fillets
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 125 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 65 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix oregano, parsley, oil, vinegar and honey in a bowl. Pat dry the fish fillets and season with salt.

Preheat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add fish and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer cooked fish to a plate. Pour the dressing on top and serve.
