Turkey Chilli


• 675 g ground turkey
• 2 cans (890 g) tomatoes with green chilies
• 2 cans (890 g) beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 onions, chopped
• 2 tablespoons ground cumin
• 150 ml water
• Salt, black pepper, to taste

Turkey chilli


Preheat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and turkey and cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned.

Add water, beans, tomatoes and cumin and stir well to combine. Bring everything to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with rice.
