Cooked Turkey Balls
Ingredients
- 500 g minced turkey (or minced chicken)
- 2 eggs
- half tbs sea salt
- 1 tsp kelp
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp turmeric
Prepariotn:
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Form small balls. Place them in a pot in water that almost
covers the balls. Cook until soft. Serve with quinoa, amaranth or courgette spaghetti etc. You can
also eat it as a snack.
