- 300 g unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon pink sea salt
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees C. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
Mix coconut flakes, syrup and salt in a bowl, toss well to combine.
Spread the flakes on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
