AIP Broccoli Beef
- 450 g broccoli florets
- 450 g beef, sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 4 tablespoons coconut aminos
Preheat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add beef and cook for
about 8-10 minutes until browned on all sides. Transfer to a plate.
Add more oil to the skillet and add broccoli. Cook for about 5-6
minutes until softened.
Add beef and cook for 2 minutes, add garlic, ginger and coconut
Stir well to combine and serve.
